The Author's Train Station

Train #1
Coming December 1st
This is the 1st train that I have had since I was a child 50 years ago, given to me by my wife for Christmas over 10 years ago. The landscape this train has is two basic mountain tunnels, one with a cave and this is my very first tryout with crafting a landscape which led to Train #3.

Train #2
This Z scale landscape and platform was purchased at the Naples Train Museum April of 2022 and the train added later that same year. At first the train and building lights didn't work but after some repairs and rewiring it works great now.

Train #3
This landscape features a Z Scale Crater Lake National Park, Mt. St. Helens National Volcanic Monument and Tomstone Arizona circa 1878 with an Era 1 train Z Scale. The Z Scale buildings, people, animals all came from Outland Models. The lake and river my daughter did with her Resin craft.

Train #4 & 5
This landscape has a "O" and "HO" Scale trains running through Mons Olympus on Mars, then through Jurassic Park and over the Alaska pipeline, passes by the 1880's ghost-town Ridgewood Florida, then around Kennedy Space Center in Florida and then under Mt. Denali Alaska. The Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers were made with Resin by my daughter. Both trains go around 1876 Harper's Ferry, West Virginia. Harper's Ferry is a Z scale town with lights, comprised of 20 various buildings from Outland Models and placed to represent famous buildings of that town including John Browns Fort. This landscape took over a year to complete and is the 2nd such landscape completed by this craftsman.

Train #6K
This landscape will eventualy consist of a 1835 Washington DC to include the White House, Capitol Building, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Washington Monument and a few others that are still under consideration. The Potomac and Anacostia Rivers will be made by my Daughter. Also to be included will be Arlington Cemetery 1864. The H O Scale Clinton Dewitt train will be going around Washington City. To Note-the Clinton Dewitt train is a replica of the 1831 steam engine first to run in America and consisted of five stage coaches for passenger cars.
