Personal:	Date of birth: August 2, 1961 Place of birth: Newport, Rhode Island Lives in the sandy terrain around Welaka Florida, with his wife, Terry and kids. David was a Scout Master of Georgetown Boy Scout Troop 675, Cub Master for Troop 42. A former scout himself, has been a leader for 10 years before stepping down due to disability.
